KFC in Smitds Falls

Chicken pieces are getting smaller. Also missed the original finger licking good taste.

Chicken is excellent. Not greasy. Cooked to perfection. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Frequent once a week and did I tell you the price is right.

Took too long. They need more staff.

Manager has been there 20 years or so...service and food quality is best in Ottawa

Oldest KFC in Ottawa that I can remember

Ordered via Skip, when the order arrived we were missing the salads we had ordered, were shorted on the number of pieces in our bucket, and the gravy seemed unusually oily. On the plus side, the chicken and fries we received were warm and tasted good, the service was quick, and the delivery driver was fantastic.

This is one of the last KFC in Ottawa and it should be close also. Food is disgusting oil never being change.

I go here like 2 time a week sometime more good service good workers

They always have a great deals, eat responsibly please!

Always check your bag when picking up.. they always forget something.. & can't get ahold of anyone on the phone

Came at 11am,waited outside until 1103am. I then ordered bbq tender and was told it was a 15 minute wait. I finally got them at 1130am. I was the first customer there to order and had to wait 27 minutes. FYI popeyes on ogilvie square opens at 1030am

Quick service but restaurant is in a bad location

I always order online ahead for pick up but my meal is never ready, i always have to go amd remind them for my order....this bery inconvenient considering people have limited break time

I'm not sure why but the KFC on St Laurent used to be the best chicken,now it's like the other ones drenched in grease.Recent change in management?

Enjoyed the Chicken Sandwich. Loved the Fries. Customer service was quick and friendly. The chicken chefs worked very fast and my meal was hot and fresh. The line up moved quickly and customers were happy. Clean Restaurant area if you choose to dine in. Medium size of dine in area. It's a comfortable place to dine in. I plan to return to dine in again at this KFC location.

the food is good the location is great but they had no macaroni salad tonight.

I used to enjoy their chicken but it is quite greasy and the ambience could improve.

They never have enough food ready, even up to an hour before close. They put a few nice pieces on top of the bucket then filled it with wings. Would rather eat at the mall food court and risk roaches than come here again.

Tried new item Chachos, very tastiest. I also bought a cheese pie w/spice from Aladin Bakery and wrapped Chachos inside it. It was the best meal ever, going do this again it was crazy mouth watering good.

Kids love this place and so do we as parents...

Terribly slow service. Told me my order would be ready in a minute 3 different times. By the exact same employee. No organisational skills in their kitchen whatsoever.

Garbage. Staff are rude and incompetent. Food that is clearly old and cold is served as 'fresh' and the restaurant itself is dirty. You're better off at Popeyes.

It’s a bad example of a kfc. Pretty grimy and not well managed. Lines and wait times can be long but it’s always just one cashier.Ordering online doesn’t help because they don’t start the order until you come in the store and show the receipt — which really defeats the purpose

If you love waiting 40 minutes for popcorn chicken then you will love this place! Otherwise, if you have the same experience as many people did when we visited yesterday, you may be disappointed. Chicken pieces were actually pretty big though.

This location has good food but sometimes they forget to give you items you paid for like fries or salad. The chicken is usually hot and fresh but there’s a few times it was cold.

Only one person for the cash and cooking. After taking cash, didn't wash his hands properly, only with water no soap a few seconds. Waiting over 15 minutes without any services and I left.

I had the Tuesday special. 2 pieces of chicken and french fries $3.79. Very good chicken today. Generous pieces.

Very rude employee whom answered the phone. She yelled and was wrong. Then delivered the missing item gravy 1 hour late. With purposely putting burnt ashes in the gravy. Wake up and check your employees!! KFC on Cote Vertu the worst service.

KFC is always nice but this place seems a bit disorganized and the parking lot is small.

Typical KFC outlet. Clean appearance although bathroom not checked. Small pick up or eat-in location. NO drive thru service.

Really poor service. Bland chicken compared to KFC's other locations. It's not even the cashier's fault, although they are somewhat clueless with the most current promotions. The main problem is the kitchen in the back. The staff (and owner?) are so disorganized, slow and have a lot of attitude. I can see why they are consistently late or slow with their orders. Avoid ordering from here, even on Skip the Dishes!

KFC is a hobby of mine.....had this for 3 lunches within a week , chicken was AWESOME not greasy ,fries perfect , gravy bang on .....foreman agreed its an exceptional location for KFC fans....

Very clean open plenty of parking and best of all these little places around to enjoy pick nick tables maybe river,pool ,cory,just in shades enjoying a meal with friends and family

Location is convenient for us, however, even when there's only 1 or 2 people ahead of us, they always take forever!!
